Saree Body - A deep, classic Ink Blue hue, beautifully adorned with tiny Mayil (Peacock) and Chakram (Wheel) buttas woven throughout in Pure Zari.

Border (KORVAI) - The striking, contrast Creamy Off White border is woven using the traditional KORVAI interlocking technique. It features the elegant Kattu Mayil (Woven Peacock) and Chakram Retta Pettu (double-line pattern) in Pure Zari.

Selvedge & Threadwork - A fine Green selvedge provides a crisp finish. The border's center is detailed with the Kuilkan Pettu pattern in matching Off White silk thread work.

Pallu - The magnificent Creamy Off White pallu is richly woven with elaborate Pure Zari patterns. It is luxuriously embellished with stunning Green Meenakari work and Red Highlighters, creating a truly unique and vibrant centerpiece.

Zari Quality - All weaving (body, border, and pallu) is confirmed to be Pure Zari.

Blouse - A matching blouse piece is attached.

We sell authentic pure silk and pure Zari Kanjivaram sarees. The Silk is pure Mulberry silk and the Zari is pure. All our sarees are adorned with pure Zari.

Pure Zari is a minimum of 3 grams of gold over 25 % to 30% pure Silver in the total content

The weight of th saree (the number of warp yarns laid) and the amount of Zari wll decide the price of a saree.

Yes, all sarees that we sell are carefully crafted with attention to detail , in terms of the colours, the motifs to be used, the border design, the selvedge, the pallu design and the layout of the saree. The Zari used is pure.We do not mix Zari qualities. The texture of the sarees is buttery soft as a finished product. The construction of the fabric is to ensure durability giving a long life to the sarees, Hence these are heirloom pieces.

Once the package is opened, the saree should be stored in the cotton bag provided in the pack.
